Me and Derek

So I am becoming the blogging queen.  I haven't been able to sleep so I've had to find things to do that won't wake up the kids.  So that means cleaning is out of the question (darn the luck).  I don't really have pictures up of me and Derek, so I decided I'd through a few up.  These would be the last pictures we have together, because these are the last pictures of us before we decided to gain some weight.  So now you can say we hate the camera.  What I love about the wedding pictures is that he looks like someone has strapped a bomb to him and if he smiles the bomb will go off.  Oh well he's stuck with me forever.

Highschool cont.

O.k. this is a continuation of the highschool pics.  I'm pretty sure we were always posing.  I don't remember who was taking the pictures all the time.  I just wanted to take a moment and apologize to whoever had to put up with us and our picture taking obsession.  Sorry Carmen you know I love ya but I had to put these pictures up.  Jessie I know you were worried about the mexican fro pictures, but I don't remember you having a mexican fro.  I do believe that Carmen has some sort of mexican fro in the one pic.(lol)  Thanks for being such great friends and making high school bearable.  Jessie I hope your still laughing over the smallest things, you were always so happy.  I can still hear your laugh. Carmen I hope your still making people laugh.  Your still as cute as ever.
Hey I just saw danny in the bottom of one of the pics.  Remember when we sprayed red kool-aid in his hair.  We had some good times.  I miss you guys.

Highschool

Jessie and Carmen this is for you.  After talking to you guys and seeing those pictures Jessie put up on her blog made me miss you guys and those days so much.  So I had to dig through some old photo albums.  First of all I have to say you guys haven't aged at all, you still look as beautiful and young as you did back then.

Emotions

Sorry somedays I just need to write how I'm feeling, it helps me to work through my emotions.  And I'm sad to say that today is one of those days.  Somedays I feel like crying all day like this baby.  It has been a rough year and I'm just trying to find ways to work through everything so I don't explode.

Part 1 of my emotional day

My Angel Baby

To the baby that I carried
But never seen your eyes
Or tell you how much I loved you
Or ever to hear your cries.
You will never be forgotten
The excitement we had for your coming.
When I realized I'd never hold you,
The feeling I had was numbing.
My angel baby is who you are.
My angel baby you'll always be.
Your loving memory will live in my heart
So you will always be right here with me.

Part 2 to my emotional day

Sunny days seem to hurt the most
I wear the pain like a heavy coat
I feel you everywhere I go
I see your smile, I see your face
I hear you laughin' in the rain
I still can't believe your gone
It ain't fair you died to young
Like the story that had just begun
But death tore the pages all away
God know how I miss you
All the hell that I've been through
Just knowin' no-one could take your place
An' sometimes I wonder
Who'd you be today
Would you see the world
Would you chase your dreams
Settle down with a family
I wonder what would you name your babies
Some days the sky's so blue
I feel like I can talk to you

I love ya Tanner

Thanks for listening, sometimes if I write down how I feel, it's a little bit like therapy.

Last night I had a craving for peanut butter bars, but of course I couldn't make them by myself, I had more help then I could possible imagine.  Isaac was so excited to help, but I wouldn't let him eat any of it until it was done.  So I guess he got tired of waiting for a treat, because I turned around to put something away only to turn back around to find him on the floor helping himself to some donuts.  Sometimes he is so stinking cute I could just smash him.

More Moose

I know I have put a picture of a moose on here before, but I just can't get enough of them.  They are my favorite animal to watch.  This is what I love about not living in a big city.  I love being able to see nature all around.  These moose were about a mile away from our house, just hanging out, they didn't even care we were there watching them.  It's fun seeing how excited my kids get when they see them.

Flashback Friday

Here goes another friday flashback.  As you can see it is about Derek.  Now anyone reading this can never say anything to him.  He would kill me.  Everytime I think about this I laugh so hard, and maybe it's one of those things you just had to be there for.
A couple of years ago we were in the car.  I was driving and of course he was bored and being really obnoxious.  He has a hard time just sitting there so usually he's annoying the crap right out of me.  He found a little spot in the corner of the windshield.  I have to admit it, it did look like pop or some kind of candy.  Who knows what it could have been, when you have kids.  He's like a little kid when there's a button that says don't push, what do they do they push it.  After a few minutes I see him like his finger then wipe it on the spot then lick his finger to see what it was.  Apparently it wasn't pop or candy, he started spitting and gagging.  I was laughing so hard I almost had to pull over so I wouldn't pee my pants.
Ahhhhh, good times.
Love ya hon.
